With All Settings Stock/Auto, Bios Shows Core Voltage Is V1.184 (Previous 7700K Showed As V1.256).
Hey everyone, lately i've been trying to stream but had been having problems with the stream itself, it gets all choppy and laggy on the stream but during game play its totally fine i'm usually getting more than 144 fps as well so i don't really know what can be the problem. For me personally, i wasn’t even able to raise the voltage at all—my highest stable overclock was 4.7ghz, using the stock voltage setting. I fooled around with 5ghz but i think it will take close to 1.4v.

So i figure it's a better 7700k, right? No matter what that input is whether 1.3v or 1.9v it is clipped (hypothetically let's say 800mv after clipping (he didn't say how much)) that way other devices can use the pll voltage and clip to what they need. If i pushed it any farther, i reached my cpu’s tjmax value and it would start throttling back.
If These Settings Are Not Causing Any Throttling Then You Can Leave Them As Is.
Anyway, i got my i7 7700k to 4.8ghz at 1.3v fixed voltage keeping these settings to default as shown in the photo. I'm thinking of ordering a delid kit. I get 40 c on gaming.
