As for which is the best can't really say ,but i like them all and it depends on what you want it for, they all have different styles. It is an exotic lmg that can damage multiple enemies at. With raids being introduced in the division 2, you'll want the best gear on you to survive them, as well as ones for the occupied dark zones, or any of the other pvp/pve stuff in the game.
